GOD OF MYSTERY 1

GOD OF MYSTERY 1
Mystery is something secret or unexplainable. It is something unknown. When you cannot fathom something, it is a mystery. When you cannot comprehend something, it is a mystery. Our GOD is a GOD of Mystery. The bible says in 1 Corinthians 1 vs. 27: But GOD has chosen the foolish things of the world, to confound the wise; and GOD has chosen the weak things of the world, to confound the things which are mighty. Only a mysterious person does that. His ways are not ours, neither are His thoughts that of ours. As the heavens are higher than the earth,
so are His ways better than our ways, and His thoughts than our thoughts. He GOD sent the rain down and the snow form heaven and it returns not there; but waters the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the earth. No wonder HIS words goes forth out of his mouth, it never returns to HIM void, but it accomplishes that which He GOD please, and prosper the  things whereto He sent them. He does things to bring honor to HIM, and no flesh should glory in HIS presence. He told Moses, why are you still crying to me! Tell the people of Israel to start moving. Raise the walking stick in your hands over the red sea, and the sea will split. Then the people can go across on dry land. Only a mysterious GOD can do such, because He is a GOD of Mystery. Walking across the red sea on a dry land is unexplainable and unfathomable.

Only the All Wise GOD, the Great GOD, the Powerful GOD can do this. He saves neither with spear nor sword. He made Egyptians brave, so that they will chase the Israelite, but He showed He is more powerful than Pharaoh and all his horses and chariots. He sent His Angels to move the clouds behind. He stood between the people of Israel and Egyptians. And at night it changed to a pillar of fire, it gave darkness to the Egyptians, but light to the Israelites. The Egyptians finally drown in the sea; because the GOD of mystery defeated them. GOD did a lot of mysterious things in the Bible. He is still the same, today, yesterday and forever. He can still do that impossible thing in your life. He can turn your mourning into dancing. He can still turn your sorrows into joy. He can turn around your captivity. He can still perform that signs and wonders in your life. With man it is impossible, but with the Mysterious GOD, all things are possible. He is the GOD of all flesh; nothing is too hard for Him to do. He can still fight for you, that you might hold your peace. He can still restore your health. You just have to believe and trust in the Mysterious GOD. It continues tomorrow, it is well with us……

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...
