                                                   IT IS GOOD!         It is always good to say thank you to the LORD, to sing praises to the GOD who is above all gods. He has been faithful since the ages past. He remains GOD, the same today, yesterday and forever. You are alive just because of GOD’s grace upon your life. Many started this year with us but are no more, many started last month with us, but are no more. I am alive, you are alive, and it is good we show our gratitude to the Most High GOD. Every morning tell him, thank you for your kindness, and every evening rejoice in all his faithfulness. Sing his praises, accompanied by music from harp and lute and lyre. For he have done so much for us; I am quoting what the Psalmist said in Psalm 92. It is always good you acknowledge GOD for who He is, for what he has done, what he will do and what he will keep doing. It is good to thank GOD ahead, even of your prayers are not been answered, for at the due time He will answer it.

OUR DAYS Greetings to all reading on this platform worldwide. I write on this topic OUR DAYS even as   my twin sister and I are a year older today. Glory be to GOD for a new year and a new day. A song says great is thy faithfulness, Oh LORD my father, morning by morning new mercies we see, all we have needed his hands have provided, Great is thy faithfulness. Truly great is his faithfulness toward all men. Many are not convinced of these, many don’t see something special in GOD’s faithfulness towards them. David said “Then I lay down and slept in peace and woke up safely, for the LORD was watching over me. He GOD never sleeps nor slumber over us, we just find out we sleep and before you know it, you open your eye to a new day. This is the LORD’s doing and it should be marvelous in our sights. THE THORN A thorn is a sharp protective spine of a plant. It is also that which pricks or annoys anything troublesome. Everyone has a thorn. A thorn is something that limits. A thorn can be likened to hardship, persecutions and difficulties. A woman once said while teaching, challenges are meant for us humans and not animals; so we must face it hoping in GOD. If you remember the parable of the sower, Mark 4 vs 7: And some fell among the thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it and it yielded no fruit. The sower planted and it felled among thorns, but was choked. That is what a thorn does, it chokes, and it leads to unfruitfulness. Despite hard labor by the sower, the thorn causes no harvest and nothing to show forth. Job faced his own thorn, he was weakened and down because of the  hardship, yet he believed GOD. The bible says hope in GOD is not ashamed. He came out of his thorn hoping in GOD. We are to recognize our limitations and thorns and turn to GOD for help. Only GOD

MY TRANSCRIPT I write from my personal experience while in the university, hopefully I have a message to pass from my transcript. A transcript is an inventory of courses taken and grades earned of a student alleged throughout a course. I schooled at a university of technology, and all courses studied in my school runs for a period of five year. I started fairly in my first year and noticed the second year’s was so poor. After the second year’s result, I sat myself down and said I can’t continue this way. I remembered in the bible it was promised I am the head and not the tail, and that I shall be above and not beneath. I asked GOD why I have been running on poor performances, and He said through your beginning might be small, yet your latter end shall greatly increase. I fasted and prayed and told GOD I wanted my results henceforth to show forth his glory, because a fair and poor result doesn’t show forth GOD’s glory. He said in his words I am for signs and wonders.            

FAITHFUL WHO HAD PROMISED To be faithful is to be reliable, worthy of trust and consistent with reality. A faithful man pledges and might later be unfaithful. For instance, couples make vows at the altar during their wedding, but these vows don’t stop the man or woman from breaking promises and vow. A married man finds himself cheating outside marriage despite all vows made during his wedding, because he is not faithful. You find cheating outside marriage is a common thing now, which shouldn’t be. Husbands drink from your own well, stick to her and figure out things by praying together. Wives drink from your own well, stick to him no matter what he has done. A man is not the faithful who had promised, because men fails and break their promise. Only GOD is the faithful who had promised. The bible said cursed be he that put his trust in the arm of flesh. The arm of flesh will surely fail. SEEK NOT YET REPOSE A hymn says Christians seek not yet repose, cast thy dreams of ease away, thou art in the midst of foes, watch and pray. Principalities and powers, mustering their unseen array, wait for thy unguarded hours watch and pray. To repose is to lie at rest and to be at ease. The bible says we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Many a time we are at ease, our adversaries are not, they are going about seeking for whom to devour. We must rise up and wherefore take unto us, the whole armor of GOD that we may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all to stand. The evil day’s cometh, the days of battle lies ahead, we must be prepared, we are not to be weary; we are not to be at ease. IT SHALL BE FOR A TOKEN I write even as we approach the end of the year. Reports have it that many people die close to the end of the year. Many people believe that the death rate is so high at the end of the year. Findings have proved this to be true but as a bonafide child of GOD, this report shouldn’t scare you. The bible says we are not ignorant of the devices of the enemies. The enemies have devices and strategies close to the end of each year. They all have accounts to balance, that is why as a child of GOD we are to always be on the LORD’s side. Only those on the LORD’s side are untouchable, only those on the LORD’s side no evil will befall, neither shall any plague come near them. HE STILL HEARS PRAYER Many are of the opinion GOD does not answer prayers again. Many have prayed and are tired of praying. Many are tired of waiting. Many expect speedily answers to their prayer. Many have concluded GOD has neglected me. Many have been requesting for long from GOD. Many are thinking of a fast way to get answer from GOD. Many have been frustrated in the place of prayer. Many have been mocked for praying. GOD still answers prayer. Show me a man of prayer and I will tell you he has a GOD that can answer. GOD’s plan for us is of good and not of evil to give us an expected end. GOD’s plans are not ours, neither are his ways ours. In the place of prayer, there is always a waiting period. The waiting period is the problem for most believers. They can’t wait until GOD answer, they can’t exercise patience. Your waiting period is just for GOD to be glorified at the end. Many see life as everlasting, many see life as temporary. Life is a period of time during which object is recognizable. Life is also defined as the essence of the manifestation and the foundation of the being. Your being created by GOD on this earth is for a purpose and it is within a life span. In this life, many died unfulfilled, many have died uncelebrated, and many destiny and virtues have been wasted by the enemies. Many see life as a place to come and enjoy and go. MERCY SAYS NO Greetings to all on this platform worldwide. This write-up is titled MERCY SAYS NO! Mercy is an act of kindness and forgiveness shown towards someone. It is a tendency toward forgiveness, pity or compassion. A man needs GOD’s mercy! It is paramount to be showed mercy after one’s wrong doing. WHY TURN AWAY FROM GOD? This is a big question before us today. Many strong Christians have turned away from GOD. Many know the truth and yet doeth it not. Many have other gods they worship and still come to worship GOD. You cannot serve two masters; you cannot serve GOD and also serve mammon. COVENANT KEEPING GOD A covenant is an agreement to do or not do a particular thing. It is also a promise to a contract. A covenant could also be a bin ding agreement between two or more parties. When you make a covenant between two or more parties, you have a binding agreement. A covenant could be broken between two parties. Men break covenant; but GOD does not. When couples get married they are tied together, covenanted to each other. They agree to become one. In future, if they both disagree, the covenant between them is broken; the contract between them is terminated. A man could lie loving a lady, but afterwards jilt her; just deceiving her at first. He could have promised her, I will get married to you, but he can rescind his decision at any time; men do that a lot. Most men are covenant breakers, bur GOD is a covenant keeper.
