FOR THE EYES

FOR THE EYES
The Eyes is an organ through which a being sees. The eye is responsible for sense of sight. GOD created men in his own image, and after his own likeness. GOD himself uses his eyes upon the ways of men. Job 34 vs. 21: For his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he sees all his goings. GOD is the Father of all; He is the creator and still monitors his creation. We are GOD’s creation; we should do things that please GOD. GOD sees all, he knows all. Doing the right thing in the sight of GOD is important for all his creation. You might be doing the right things in the sight of men, it will surely please men; but it might be wrong in the sight of GOD. Fearing GOD is essential for all creation. Having a perfect heart towards GOD is important for all creation. Joseph said how can I do this great wickedness and sin against GOD? when Potiphar’s wife told him to lay with her. He feared GOD and had a perfect heart towards GOD; this made him refused lying with his master’s wife. GOD expects this from us all as his creation. 2Chronicles 16 vs. 9a: For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. GOD will surely show himself strong on our behalf, when our hearts are perfect and when we fear him. Psalm 33 vs. 18: Behold, the eye of the LORD is upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy. As GOD’s creation, we need the creator’s eye; His eyes are upon the righteous. Psalm 34 vs.15: The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. GOD never sleeps nor slumber over his own children. He keeps them as the apple of his eyes. Psalm 17 vs. 8: Keep me as the apple of the eye, hide me under the shadow of thy wings. You must be righteous and fear GOD, before He can keep you as the apple of his eye and hide you under the shadow of his wings.

On a final note, Jeremiah 32 vs. 19: Great in counsel and mighty in work; for thine eyes are open upon all the ways of the sons of men; to give everyone according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings. GOD sees all and gives everyone according to his ways and fruit of his doing.  Begin this new week and henceforth by fearing GOD and having a perfect heart towards GOD. It is well with us…..

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES Hannah made a vowed which GOD honors and remembered her.   1 Samuel 1 vs. 19-20: And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD and returned and came to their house to Ramah; and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her. Wherefore it came to pass when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying because I have asked him of the LORD.      What a wonderful GOD! She asked for a man child and He gave her exactly. She should have asked for sets of twin or triplet, which GOD would have given her. There is nothing GOD cannot do, He cannot be limited. With Him all things are possible. Mind you Hannah fulfilled her vow by giving the son back to him. Many make vows and don’t fulfill it. Be conscious of these, GOD’s way are not the ways of men, His thoughts are not ours. GOD has his own timing. His timing doesn’t match with the timing of ...
