HE STILL HEARS PRAYER

HE STILL HEARS PRAYER
Many are of the opinion GOD does not answer prayers again. Many have prayed and are tired of praying. Many are tired of waiting. Many expect speedily answers to their prayer. Many have concluded GOD has neglected me. Many have been requesting for long from GOD. Many are thinking of a fast way to get answer from GOD. Many have been frustrated in the place of prayer. Many have been mocked for praying. GOD still answers prayer. Show me a man of prayer and I will tell you he has a GOD that can answer. GOD’s plan for us is of good and not of evil to give us an expected end. GOD’s plans are not ours, neither are his ways ours. In the place of prayer, there is always a waiting period. The waiting period is the problem for most believers. They can’t wait until GOD answer, they can’t exercise patience. Your waiting period is just for GOD to be glorified at the end. GOD still hears prayers. Psalm 65 vs. 2: O thou that hearest prayer, unto thee shall all flesh come. He is a GOD capable of answering your request. He is capable of granting your heart desires. He is capable of defending you. He is capable of answering your petitions. He is capable of doing exceedingly; abundantly above all you could ever ask or think of, according to the power that worketh in you.
Furthermore, without faith attached to your prayers you cannot please GOD. That power that works in you is faith. You believing He GOD can answer, and then He will surely do. Without faith, it is impossible to please GOD. The bible defined faith as the substance of thing hope for, evidence of things not yet seen. Faith is important while praying. James 5 vs. 15: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the LORD shall raise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Many pray without faith. Faith must be attached to any words of prayer said to GOD. Also another key thing that makes prayer work is righteousness. The bible says in James 5 vs. 16b: The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. It is as simple as that.
However, another key thing that makes prayer work is thanksgiving. Colossian 4 vs. 2 says: Don’t be weary in prayer, keep at it, watch for GOD’s answer, and remember to be thankful when they come. After prayers are been said thanking GOD is advance shows you believe he has done it. The bible says keep at it! Don’t be weary! Many are weary, we shouldn’t be. GOD still answers prayer; you just have to wait, believe, and thank him in advance. There is no time I pray, without believing my prayers are answered and I thank GOD for answered prayers. And believe me they are answered, you can try it. Halleluyah!!!!!

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...
