AND I WILL NOT FEAR.

                                      AND I WILL NOT FEAR
A song says because He lives I can face tomorrow, because he lives all my fears are gone. Because he holds my future. Our Redeemer liveth. He is the same yesterday, and today and forever. Many a time the devil uses the tool fear to steal people’s confidence. When there is fear, your confidence disappears. When there is fear the future is not bright it is bleak. Fear is a strong tool in the hand of the devil. Fear is a strong, uncontrollable, unpleasant emotion caused by perceived danger or threat. Philippians 2 vs. 12: Therefore, my dear ones, as you have always obeyed (my suggestions), so now, not only ( with the enthusiasm you would show) in my presence but much more because I am absent, work out (cultivate, carry out to the goal, and fully complete) your own salvation with reverence and awe and trembling (self- distrust, with serious caution, tenderness of conscience, watchfulness against temptation, timidly shrinking from whatever might offend GOD and discredit the name of CHRIST). The devil is a threat to our salvation that is why the bible says workout your salvation with fear and trembling. The bible says for GOD has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love and sound mind. Fear is not of GOD, it is caused by the devil. Many have been killed by threats from their enemies. When one is frightened on an issue he is on the verge of losing. You shouldn’t fear because you are fearfully and wonderfully made by GOD.

Furthermore, David knew he was fearfully and wonderfully made that is why he was fearless. He was bold like a lion. He said in Psalm 27 vs. 1-3: The LORD is my light and salvation, whom shall I fear, the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumble and fell. Though a host should encamp against me, in this will I be confident. I love these verses of the bible, as a child of GOD you shouldn’t be afraid, because the LORD is your light and salvation. The wicked (the devil) will always come to sow tares among the wheat, but we should be rest assured because they will not prevail. Confidence is expedient. Hebrews 13 vs. 6: So that we may boldly say, “The LORD is my helper and I will not fear what man shall do unto me”. There are enemies in form of men around and within us, we shouldn’t be afraid of their threat, because they are empty since greater is HE that is in us, than he that is in the world. It is well with us!!!

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES Hannah made a vowed which GOD honors and remembered her.   1 Samuel 1 vs. 19-20: And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD and returned and came to their house to Ramah; and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her. Wherefore it came to pass when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying because I have asked him of the LORD.      What a wonderful GOD! She asked for a man child and He gave her exactly. She should have asked for sets of twin or triplet, which GOD would have given her. There is nothing GOD cannot do, He cannot be limited. With Him all things are possible. Mind you Hannah fulfilled her vow by giving the son back to him. Many make vows and don’t fulfill it. Be conscious of these, GOD’s way are not the ways of men, His thoughts are not ours. GOD has his own timing. His timing doesn’t match with the timing of ...
