LONG- SUFFERING 3

LONG-SUFFERING 3
Endurance is a virtue a man must get. Endurance is to continue to carry on despite obstacles or hardships. The truth be said obstacles will always be on the way, hardship and challenges will come; but be rest assured he that endure and wait patiently on GOD will never be put to shame. Many lack patience waiting on GOD. You can’t help GOD, GOD has is perfect timing for all things. Ecclesiastes 3 vs. 1: To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven. GOD’s timing is not man’s timing. GOD’s ways are not that of men, His thoughts are not that of men. As the heaven is far high above the earth, so are His ways and thoughts higher than that of men. Isaiah 55 vs. 9: For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. JESUS said in Matthew 10 vs. 21-22: And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child; and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death. And you shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake; but he that endures to the end shall be saved. Enduring and hoping in GOD is key. That challenges, obstacles, hardship and storms are not forever, though weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Psalm 30 vs. 5: For His anger endures but a moment; in His favor is life; weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. If GOD’s anger doesn’t endure, we all might have been consumed. It is by His mercies that we are not consumed. The Psalmist wrote in Psalm 130 vs. 3: if thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquity, O LORD, who shall stand?

Job was a good example of endurance. He endured all his difficulties and challenges because he knew His Redeemer lives. He was patient and long-suffered because he knew it’s for GOD to be glorified. He said in Job 14 vs. 7: For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Hoping in men will lead to shame, but hoping in GOD is not ashamed. Paul said in Romans 5 vs. 3-5: And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also; knowing that tribulation works patience. And patience, experience; and experience, hope; and hope makes not ashamed; because the love of GOD is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given to us. Where is thy soul fainting? Hope thou in GOD and His words. Kindly share these with others. It is well with us….

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES Hannah made a vowed which GOD honors and remembered her.   1 Samuel 1 vs. 19-20: And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD and returned and came to their house to Ramah; and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her. Wherefore it came to pass when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying because I have asked him of the LORD.      What a wonderful GOD! She asked for a man child and He gave her exactly. She should have asked for sets of twin or triplet, which GOD would have given her. There is nothing GOD cannot do, He cannot be limited. With Him all things are possible. Mind you Hannah fulfilled her vow by giving the son back to him. Many make vows and don’t fulfill it. Be conscious of these, GOD’s way are not the ways of men, His thoughts are not ours. GOD has his own timing. His timing doesn’t match with the timing of ...

TOLERANCE

TOLERANCE I start quoting Robert Green Ingersoll “Tolerance is giving every other human being every right that you claim for yourself ”. This is a virtue every man scarcely has nowadays. Men nowadays find it difficult to tolerate each other. In all religions, Christians are to exhibit tolerance the most; because CHRIST stated that it’s the second greatest commandment. Matthew 22 vs.38-39: This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. But the reverse is the case now, most Christians exhibit intolerance. They can’t tolerate their Christian brothers talk less of those outside their religion. This is awful and not so good. Hebrews 13 vs. 1-2: Let brotherly love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers; for thereby some have entertained angels unaware. Abraham exhibited tolerance, he suddenly noticed three men coming toward him and ran to meet them and welcomed them. He gave them water to wash their feet’s...

WINNING THROUGH TESTIMONIES

WINNING THROUGH TESTIMONIES 2! An earthly father will be delighted and willing to do more for his son or daughter, when she/he shows gratitude. How will you feel when you give something tangible to a person and he didn’t show gratitude? You will feel unwilling to do more for such person. Our heavenly Father deserves to be shown gratitude for all He has done in our lives. Thank GOD for what He has done in the past, what He is doing presently and what He will do in the future. There is no little testimony; you just have to appreciate GOD for his faithfulness and marvelous deeds. Marvelous deeds like, the gift of life, which is the greatest of all blessings, good health and sound mind, sleeping and waking up. Many slept and never woke up, while many find it difficult to sleep. We have to see reasons to appreciate GOD; doing these will gladden Him to do more for us.              However, problems, trials, challenges might be in...
