THEY HAVE LOST

THEY HAVE LOST!
Many a time in the battle of life, people are conquered and defeated. Enemies are everywhere; either seen or unseen; know or unknown. There are enemies acting as allies, there are friends acting as foes. JESUS says in Matthew 10 vs. 36: And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. If one’s household can be his foes, then they are called enemies within. The Psalmist wrote in Psalm 27 vs. 1-3: The LORD is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked even my enemies and my foes came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumble and fell. Though a host should encamp against me in this will I be confident. David was confident because He made the Mighty Man in Battle his light and salvation. He was assured even if they came up against him; they shall be smitten before his face. He knew when they come one way; they shall flee before him seven ways. He knew when they come to eat up his flesh they will stumble and fall. He knew they shall surely gather, but he knew is not by him, he knew whosoever gathers against him shall fall for his sake. Isaiah 54 vs. 15: Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me, whosoever gather together against thee shall fall thy sake. He knew all these because He has the desire of the LORD. He knew these because he sought GOD and dwelt in his house.

Moreover, JESUS won the battle over the Pharisee and the devil. The Pharisees admitted and said in John 12 vs. 19: Then the Pharisees said to each other, we have lost. Look the whole world has gone after him. He also conquered death and won the battle rising up after death. It is expedient for the devil to lose the battle over your life, as long as he finds nothing in you.  JESUS said in John 14 vs. 30: Hereafter I will not talk much with you; for the prince of this world cometh and hath nothing in me. Sin makes the devil win the battle over your life. The devil lost the battle over JESUS because he found nothing in him. The devil initially lost the battle when he was casted out of Heaven. The bible records in Revelation 12 vs. 7-8: And there was war in heaven; Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels. And prevailed not; neither was their place found anymore in heaven. The devil and his agents will lose the battle over your life in JESUS’s Name (AMEN). Don’t give room for the devil. Kindly, share with others… It is well with us…..

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES

WHEN YOUR SAMUEL COMES Hannah made a vowed which GOD honors and remembered her.   1 Samuel 1 vs. 19-20: And they rose up in the morning early, and worshipped before the LORD and returned and came to their house to Ramah; and Elkanah knew Hannah his wife; and the LORD remembered her. Wherefore it came to pass when the time was come about after Hannah had conceived that she bare a son, and called his name Samuel, saying because I have asked him of the LORD.      What a wonderful GOD! She asked for a man child and He gave her exactly. She should have asked for sets of twin or triplet, which GOD would have given her. There is nothing GOD cannot do, He cannot be limited. With Him all things are possible. Mind you Hannah fulfilled her vow by giving the son back to him. Many make vows and don’t fulfill it. Be conscious of these, GOD’s way are not the ways of men, His thoughts are not ours. GOD has his own timing. His timing doesn’t match with the timing of ...
