WHAT'S GAIN 2?

WHAT IS GAIN 2?
Proverb 22 vs. 2: Can a man be profitable unto GOD, as he that is wise maybe profitable unto himself? Vs.3: Is it any pleasure to the Almighty, that thou art righteous? Or is it gain to him, that thou make thy ways perfect? We have the power of choice; you either serve GOD or mammon. GOD does as it pleases HIM. Serving GOD and choosing GOD is a great gain. Deuteronomy 30 vs. 19: I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live. Eternal life is a great gain; Eternal death is a great loss. Adam and Eve were created by GOD in his own image. Genesis 1 vs. 27: So GOD created man in his own image, in the image of GOD created he him; male and female created he them. A creation cannot be wiser than the Creator. The bible said GOD’s foolishness is wiser than the wisdom of men. Adam and Eve lost their place in the Garden of Eden because they disobeyed GOD. They were tempted by the serpent, which also once proved he was wiser than his Creator. He was at loss just as Adam and Eve were at loss. Adam and Eve lost all benefits in the Garden of Eden. It pleases GOD when his creations do his will, but GOD has nothing to gain; neither does He has nothing to lose. The choice is ours, whether a man inherits the kingdom of GOD or not; GOD still remains GOD. Whether a man ends up in hell or not, GOD never changes from being GOD. Adam and Eve were chased out from the Garden of Eden after disobeying GOD. GOD didn’t lose anything; he never changed from being GOD. Obedience is better than sacrifice. Obedience to GOD’s will and command is a great gain, disobedience is loss.
The first Adam failed GOD, but the second Adam never failed. He is JESUS the son of the living GOD. Through HIM we are redeemed, reconciled back to our maker; provided we can surrender, believe and accept HIM as our personal LORD and Savior. GOD is expecting us to return to HIM, so we can be restored. He expects us to accept instructions from his mouth and lay up his words in our hearts. Job 22 vs. 23 (NIV): If you return to the Almighty, you will be restored; if you remove wickedness far from your tent. Vs. 24: And assign your nuggets to the dust, your gold of Ophir to the rocks in the ravines, Vs. 25: Then the Almighty will be your gold, the choicest silver for you. Vs. 26: Surely then you will find delight in the Almighty and will lift up your face to GOD. Vs. 27: You will pray to HIM, and he will hear you, and you will fulfill your vows. It is a gain when you totally submit to GOD. It is well with us…

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...
