TOLERANCE 2

TOLERANCE 2
Tolerance is the ability to endure pain or hardship. It means endurance. CHRIST exhibited tolerance because he obeyed his Father GOD when sent to the world. GOD’s love toward mankind is unfathomable. He that loves will tolerate, he that doesn’t love will not tolerate. Romans 5 vs. 8: But GOD commendeth his love towards us in that while we were yet sinners, CHRIST died for us. We were tolerated despites our sins and iniquity, CHRIST died for us. We were tolerated despite our sins and iniquity, CHRIST died for us. If CHRIST could tolerate us then we ought to tolerate others. CHRIST endured a lot just for our sake. Isaiah 53 vs. 5-7: But he was wounded for our transgressions he was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon him and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray we have turned everyone to his own way and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed and he was afflicted yet he opened not his mouth; he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter and as a sheep before her shearers in dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.

Moreover, we should look at CHRIST as our role model. He should be the author of our faith. If CHRIST is your role model and the Author and finisher of your faith, then you will tolerate others. Hebrews 12 vs. 2: Looking unto JESUS the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross despising the shame and is set down at the right hand of the throne of GOD. He did these because He is love. No wonder the bible says in 1 Corinthians 13 vs. 7: Beareth all things believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. GOD’s tolerance shouldn’t be taken for granted. Romans 9 vs. 22: Does not GOD have a perfect right to show his fury and power against those who are fit only for destruction, those he has been patient with for all this time? A word is enough for the wise. Tolerate others today as GOD did, and don’t take his tolerance for granted. Kindly, share with others. It is well with us.

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...

HE THAT COVERS

HE THAT COVERS To cover is to hide and to conceal. A man cannot be wiser than his Maker or Creator. GOD is our Maker; He molded us and formed us into what we are. He is the Potter, we are the clay. Jeremiah 18 vs. 6: O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? Says the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the Potter’s hand, so are you in my hand O house of Israel. GOD sees all and His foolishness is wiser than man’s strength. 1 Corinthians 1 vs. 25: Because the foolishness of GOD is wiser than men, and the weakness of GOD is stronger than men. A man that covers his sins prospers not; but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28 vs. 13: Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Cain was a tiller of the ground; Abel was his brother and was a keeper of sheep. Cain brought fruits of the soil as an offering to GOD, Abel also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat; which the...

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...
