NOT EVERYONE LOVES THE LORD

NOT EVERYONE LOVES THE LORD DO you love GOD? Are you part of those who love the lord? Are your acts and behavior showing you love GOD? Can other people around you see that you love GOD? Are you sure you love him? Are you convinced you do love him? Is it necessary you love him? Must we love him? Are you showing you love him? Do you love him from your heart? Or you just love him by saying it with your mouth. These questions are for us to ponder on. Loving GOD goes beyond just saying it with our mouth, many confess they do love him, but it doesn’t come from their heart. We must love GOD from our heart and that from our heart should reflect outside. Brethren, lets see reasons to ,love GOD, he worth loving. He GOD himself is love, the bible said GOD is love; love is GOD. GOD first loved us, that is why he sent his only begotten son (JESUS) to the world to die for our sins. His son JESUS came as the second ADAM despite the failure of the first Adam, in the beginning. Beloved, GOD loves you, he loves me, he loves everyone on earth. No matter what you might have done, GOD loves you and will like you to seek repentance and come back to him. However, many in this present world don’t love GOD, not that am judging; who am I to judge, but I am ben inspired to write on this; the bible said if you love me, keep my commandments. Those who don’t keep his commandments, don’t love him. GOD’s love for us is unfathomable, boundless, limitless, immeasurable; he just want us to keep his commandments. The sad thing now is that, people select the commandment of GOD, some even add to his commandment. Some neglect the commandment of the old testament and say it is old, you can’t bend GOD’s rule, for they are unbent. We are to obey all his commandment, his holy spirit is there to assist us keep and obey them all. You disobeying one of the rule, is you disobeying all. When you obey GOD’s commandment, you love him; and you will enjoy the benefits of loving him truly. Are you part of those that love GOD? If you are not, repent and come back to loving the lord by obeying his commandments. It is well with your soul.

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...
