EVERY GOOD THING 2!

EVERY GOOD THING 2!
I start wishing all readers Happy New Month! We bless GOD for his faithfulness thus far in our lives. It is a good thing to see another month in this year. Romans 8 vs. 28: And we know all things work together for good to them that love GOD, to them who are the called according to His purpose. All lovers of GOD love righteousness and uprightness; things work together for their good; because GOD is good. No wonder the Psalmist wrote in Psalm 34 vs. 8: O taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man that trusts in Him. GOD worth serving, GOD worth seeking, GOD worth trusting! Lovers of GOD have the lines falling to them in pleasant places; they have goodly heritage, because GOD is their portion. Psalm 16 vs. 6: The lines are fallen to me in pleasant places; yea I have a goodly heritage. Lovers of GOD never beg for bread and are never left to their own or forsaken. Psalm 37 vs. 15: I have been young and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. Lovers of GOD seek GOD and do not want anything good. Psalm 34 vs. 10: The young lions do lack and suffer hunger; but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing. Lovers of GOD are daily loaded with benefits. Psalm 68 vs. 19: Blessed be the LORD, who daily loads us with benefits; even the GOD of our salvation. Lovers of GOD fear GOD and they are filled with GOD’s goodness. Psalm 31 vs. 19: Oh how great is your goodness, which you have laid up for them that fear you, which you have wrought for them that trust in you before the sons of men! Lovers of GOD find it easy to walk uprightly in GOD’s sight. Psalm 84 vs. 11: For the lord GOD is a sun and shield; the LORD will give grace and glory, no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. Proverbs 28 vs. 10b : but the upright shall have good things in possession.

Moreover, David is a lover of GOD. He wrote Psalm 23 vs.1: The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not want. Lovers of GOD do not want any good thing. Psalm 23 vs. 6: Surely, his goodness and mercy shall follow me, all the days of my life. GOD’s goodness and mercy follow his lovers. Are you a lover of GOD? Do you like and want good thing? Loving GOD doesn’t mean we won’t walk through the valley of the shadow of death, but we are rest assured He is with us and His rod and staff will surely comfort us. Psalm 23 vs. 4: Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for you are with me; Your rod and staff they comfort me. Loving GOD doesn’t mean we wouldn’t be afflicted; but we are rest assured He will deliver us out of them all. He will keep all our bones and not one will be broken. Psalm 34 vs. 19-20: Many are the afflictions of the righteous; but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Through the love of GOD our savior, all will be well. Kindly, share with others. It is well with us…

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...
