ARE YOU A DOUBTER?

                                ARE YOU A DOUBTER?
To Doubt is a feeling of not being certain about something, especially about how good or true it is. Most believers of today are doubters; and as a believer you shouldn’t doubt GOD, rather you should believe GOD. God is not a man to doubt, he is not a man that should lie, nor son of man that repents of what he says, has he said it, will he not bring it to pass, has he spoken it, will he not make it good. People doubt GOD because, they don’t know what he is capable of doing. GOD is beautiful for all situations, whatever he says, he does, whatever he does, he said it. With man it is impossible, but with GOD, all things are possible. The Psalmist said O taste and see that the Lord is good. Just a taste of GOD in your situation is all you need. When you experience the greatness of GOD in your situation, your life will never remain the same again. He said is anything too hard for him GOD to do? Capital No!
Come to think of it, someone that is sovereign, someone that all powers belong to, how will he say something and it won’t come to pass. He said Heaven and Earth may pass away, but his word won’t go unfulfilled. GOD’s word is powerful! GOD’s word is great! GOD’s word is a Miracle! GOD’s word is a testimony! GOD’s word is a light!
Furthermore, many doubt GOD, knowing what he is capable of doing and yet still doubt him. Thomas saw all the miracles JESUS did and knows how powerful he is and still doubted him, when he resurrected. He didn’t believe until he saw the hole on his hands. Sarah laughed silently, “a woman my age have a baby?”  She scoffed to herself. “And with a husband as old as mine”? Are you a doubter? You shouldn’t doubt GOD. GOD answered Sarah, is anything too hard for me? Next year, just as I told you, I will certainly see to it, that Sarah has a son. What a wonderful GOD, what a Powerful GOD, she conceived and gave birth to Isaac that year.

Finally, that circumstance of yours no matter how difficult it is, don’t doubt that can GOD do this, Can he settle this? Yes he can settle it, yes he can, only believe and it will come to pass. Don’t doubt GOD, rather believe him. It is well with us……

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...

WORK ON THE WORD 2!

WORK ON THE WORD 2! David knew the essence of working on GOD’s word. He wrote in Psalm 33 vs. 4 (NIV): For the word of the LORD is right and true, he is faithful in all he does. He also hid GOD’s word in his heart that he might not sin against HIM. Psalm 119 vs. 11: Your words have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against you. Storing GOD’s word in our heart and doing according to it is working on the word. Keeping GOD’s commandment is working on his word. Proverbs 7 vs. 1-2: My sons, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with you. Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of your eye.               Furthermore, working on GOD’s word is being the hearer and doer of the word. James wrote in James 1 vs. 22-24:  But be you doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer; he is like to a man beholding his natur...

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...
