LONGING TO BE WITH HIM Greetings to readers on this platform worldwide. Quite a while! This write-up is for all of us and is asking everyone of us a question. The question is, do you know what becomes of you tomorrow? Do you know what happens to you few minutes and seconds from now? Do you know your death day? Everyone knows his/ her birthday, but who knows his/her death day? No one knows. Are you sure of your salvation? Are you sure after living this world, you are reigning with Christ? Are you sure there is no spot on your garment? Are you sure you are without blame? Are you prepared for the roll shall be called? Are you prepared for the trumpet? Are you fit for the kingdom of GOD? Finally, are you longing to be with GOD? These questions are for us all, and should be answered in our hearts. The bible said, we shall not die but live to declare the glory of GOD. Yes, but one day everyone leaves this world, that verse is for us to live and be fulfilled before leaving the world. However, as children of GOD we are to long to be with GOD. We are to remind ourselves, because we are not of this world; this world is temporarily for us, we still have a great place to reign with Christ, only if we are fit. The bible said, no one but his hands on the plough and looks back is fit for the kingdom of GOD. Many are not fit for GOD’S kingdom, many are not ready at all, the trumpet might sound anytime, or do you know your death day? You might think you will last longer, but not. It is appointed unto a man to die once, and after death judgment follows. What becomes of us after leaving this world? Hmmm! Apostle Paul said in Philippians 1 vs 23: Sometimes I want to live, and at other time I don’t, for I long to go and be with Christ. It was because, he was so sure of his salvation, he has the confidence and boldness, he is reigning with GOD. That is how it should be with us, we are to be sure of our salvation, and not look back, we are to be focused and set our affections on things above and not on things of the world. Longing to be with GOD is us, sure of our salvation and us doing what pleases him. May GOD give us the grace to long to be with him (AMEN).

AN OUTCAST

AN OUTCAST An outcast is one that has been excluded from a society or system. He is labeled a beggar. He is an outsider. An outcast is a person that lacks care. An outcast is neglected and overlooked. He is demoralized. He is wounded in heart. He is labeled whom no one cares. He is one that has lost hope. He is one who is frustrated and dejected. He is one who is always deep in thoughts and sorrowful. He is one who lives like a foreigner in his own land. He is one who is distressed. He is one who gets dispossessed of his possessions. He is one who is perplexed. He is one who is troubled on every side. He is one who is despair. He is afraid of tomorrow. CHRIST came that we might have a restored hope. He came to bare that burden of ours. He came to give us that expected end. He came that we might have peace. He came that we might be healed . Isaiah 53 vs. 5: But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and w...

HE THAT COVERS

HE THAT COVERS To cover is to hide and to conceal. A man cannot be wiser than his Maker or Creator. GOD is our Maker; He molded us and formed us into what we are. He is the Potter, we are the clay. Jeremiah 18 vs. 6: O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? Says the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the Potter’s hand, so are you in my hand O house of Israel. GOD sees all and His foolishness is wiser than man’s strength. 1 Corinthians 1 vs. 25: Because the foolishness of GOD is wiser than men, and the weakness of GOD is stronger than men. A man that covers his sins prospers not; but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Proverbs 28 vs. 13: Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. Cain was a tiller of the ground; Abel was his brother and was a keeper of sheep. Cain brought fruits of the soil as an offering to GOD, Abel also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat; which the...

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY

RETAINING YOUR INTEGRITY Integrity is a word which means steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code. It also means the quality or condition of being complete and pure. It could also mean honesty, uprightness, purity, sincerity, decency, virtuous and wholeness. To retain is to keep in possession and maintain something. Many a time people find it difficult retaining their integrity. It takes determination to stand on your integrity. Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. GOD is a lover of men of integrity. Daniel 1 vs. 8-9: But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself with the portion of the king’s meat, nor with the wine which he drank; therefore he requested of the prince of the eunuch that he might not defile himself. Now GOD had brought Daniel into favor and tender love wi...
